Asheville Winter Passport terms

What you're buying

The Asheville Winter Passport gives you access to the Be Well Passport program in Asheville for the Winter 2027 season. You are buying access to the program, not a bundle of services from particular businesses.

Be Well Passport operates the program: discovery, your Passport, access, eligibility, check-in, and stamps. The experiences themselves are provided by independent businesses (Passport Stops), which are responsible for them. See section 5 of our Terms of Use.

When you can use it

Your access to redeem Passport offers runs from January 1, 2027 through February 28, 2027 (Eastern Time). This is a fixed season: buying before January 1 does not start it early, and buying later does not extend it past February 28, 2027.

Businesses and experiences can change

Businesses may join or leave the program during the season, and offers and experiences may change or end. Availability can change, capacity can fill, booking may be required, and blackout dates and other conditions may apply.

Buying a Passport does not guarantee that any particular Passport Stop, provider, experience, or offer will be available, or that any minimum number of them will be. What you can use at any time depends on the offers available then and on your Passport's eligibility. New Stops may join throughout the season.

Personal, and one per person

Your Passport access is personal to you and cannot be transferred once it is activated on your account, which happens when your purchase is complete. Please do not sell or transfer it, share your sign-in, or share your Passport code so someone else can use your benefits.

Each person may hold one Asheville Winter Passport.

Gift Passports

You can buy an Asheville Winter Passport as a gift for someone else, even if you already have one. A gift purchase does not add a Passport to your own account: you receive a gift, with a claim link and code, that you or we deliver to the person you choose.

Until it is claimed, a gift can be given or passed along to another person. It is claimed when someone signed in to their own Be Well Passport account uses the claim code; the Passport is then added to that account. Once claimed, it belongs to that person and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Each person may hold one Asheville Winter Passport. Someone who already has one cannot claim a gift Passport; the gift is not used up and can be given to someone else. A gift cannot be claimed into the buyer's own account.

A gifted Passport has the same fixed season as any other: access runs from January 1, 2027 through February 28, 2027 (Eastern Time), whenever it is bought or claimed. After the season, the recipient keeps their account, their Passport, and their stamps, check-ins, and history, but this Passport's access can no longer be used to redeem offers.

Keep the claim link and code private until you give them: anyone who has the code can claim the gift. If a code is lost before it is claimed, the buyer can send a new one from their purchase page, which stops the old code from working.

No refunds

The Asheville Winter Passport is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. A particular business or experience becoming unavailable does not create a right to a refund.

After the season

Your Passport and stamp collection stay with your account; the access you buy lasts for its stated period. After February 28, 2027 this Passport's access can no longer be used to redeem offers, but your account, your Passport, and your stamps, check-ins, and history remain. A future Passport you buy or receive adds new access to the same Passport.

Bonus for the first 20 paid purchases

The first 20 completed, paid Asheville Winter Passport purchases each include one general admission ticket to the 2027 Taste of Wellness Asheville event. A purchase counts when its payment is complete, not when checkout starts. A purchase made free by a 100%-off promotion code does not count. One ticket per qualifying purchase. A gift purchase counts the same way; its ticket is sent to the buyer.

If your purchase qualifies, your confirmation says so and we will email you your ticket details. The bonus does not change the no-refund terms above.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay. A promotion code, if you have one, can be entered at checkout; it changes only the price, never what your Passport includes, its dates, or how it works. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your card details.
