Have something people would love to experience?

We're looking for meaningful Passport offers — not ordinary coupons. Your offer should give Passport holders something worth trying, and something they wouldn't normally find through your standard public promotions. Offers that make a first visit easy and affordable, like a complimentary experience, a few free classes, or 50% off a first session, tend to shine. These are examples, not requirements.

Be first to know when the Asheville Passport opens.

Founding Access members get first word on the launch and help shape what goes in the Passport. No commitment.

  • Access to founding launch pricing when the Passport opens
  • First access to the Asheville Passport, ahead of the general public
  • Early word on new Passport Partners and experiences as they join
  • Invitations to select launch experiences and events

Bonus for the first 20 Passport purchases: The first 20 completed, paid Asheville Winter Passport purchases each include one 2027 Taste of Wellness Asheville general admission ticket — a $40 value. One ticket per qualifying purchase. See the Passport terms for details.

Frequently asked questions

Who created Be Well Passport?

Be Well Passport was created by Travis Richardson, founder of Be Well Asheville, as part of a broader effort to strengthen Asheville's wellness community and help local businesses, practitioners, and experience providers connect with more people. That broader ecosystem includes Be Well Asheville, the Be Well Asheville Collective, Basecamp Accelerator, and Retreat Leaders Network.

Why was Be Well Passport created?

Asheville's wellness community has been through a lot. After Hurricane Helene, many local businesses have been working to rebuild momentum, while winter has traditionally been a slower season for tourism, appointments, and local foot traffic. Be Well Passport was created to help generate more demand during those slower months, introduce people to businesses and practitioners they may not have discovered otherwise, and give both locals and visitors more reasons to experience Asheville wellness.

Who is Be Well Passport for?

Be Well Passport is being built for both Asheville locals and visitors. Locals get a curated reason to explore more of Asheville's wellness community, while visitors get an easier way to discover trusted places, practitioners, classes, experiences, food, hospitality, retreats, and more.

What makes Be Well Passport different from a coupon book?

Be Well Passport is experience-led and curated. The goal is not to collect random discounts. Participating partners are selected, and offers are designed to give Passport holders something meaningful they can actually experience — such as classes, session credits, complimentary experiences, add-ons, multi-visit offers, special access, and Passport-only experiences. Passport perks are curated and often exclusive — designed to give holders something they wouldn't normally find through the business's standard public promotions.

How is the Be Well Asheville Collective involved?

The Collective helps create, test, support, and grow projects designed to strengthen Asheville's wellness economy. Be Well Passport is one example of that work — creating new ways for local wellness businesses and practitioners to reach customers, collaborate, and generate demand. We're also continuing to explore additional incentives and benefits specifically for Collective members as Be Well Passport develops.

Is Be Well Passport a national brand?

Yes. Be Well Passport is being built as a national wellness experience platform, with Asheville, North Carolina as the launch city. The goal is to create a physical + digital wellness passport that can eventually be used across participating cities and destinations.

What cities are next?

After Asheville, we're preparing our next destinations. Timing may change, and more destinations will be added as the partner network grows.
